Pleasant Grove competed in the St. George Tournament the 13th-14th of September.
All those who went down to St. George played a lot of tennis. They became more patient and came to understand the importance of keeping the ball in play. After two days of intense Tennis it was clear to see that the level of play from each girl had raised to a new level. Match play is so important and there were more matches played in 2 days than there were in almost 3 weeks of season play. This was a good bonding experience for the team. Special thanks to Jocelyn Stevens and her sister... and the Edwards for transporting girls from match to match. This is the beginning of a new tradition for Viking Tennis.
